20多年前,在集成光学发展初期,田炳耕曾对集成光学作了三条定义:(1)光波导能限制光束在其中传播。(2)利用光波导可制成各种光波导器件;(3)将光波导和光波导器件集成起来可构成有特定功能的集成光路。
田炳耕的奇思妙想,在今天看起来仍然鲜活、有趣而富有创造性,而我们又能够在他的肩膀上看到多远呢?
