产品介绍: 提供的模拟光隔离器(AOI),在输入和输出之间,用光连接。输入单元是一个LED,输出单元是一个光敏电阻。通过输入电流或者输入电压的控制,输出电阻值可变,结合起来,就组成了一个压控可变电阻。一个AOI的输出电阻值,它可以跟踪输入的模拟型号,或者可以反映打开和关断的状态,因为输入信号的微小改变能够引起输出电阻值的较大的变化。它可以负载直流或者交流电压,幅度可以从*到*大负载电压。因为输入端以等比例的方式控制一个复杂波形的幅度,所以这种类型的隔离器是一种模拟控制光隔离器。AOI可以用于开关模式,但是它*快的响应时间只能*毫秒级。当AOI用在数字电路时,在AOI和逻辑门电路之间,要求一个灵敏的施密特触发器。
