General Description

The G6201ARZ1U is a synchronous PWM controller with a 2-Bit VID selectable VOUT target for VCCN_ AUX of Intel ICL and TGL platforms. It provides high efficiency, excellent transient response, and high DC output accuracy, .

The G6201ARZ1U supponts output voltage selection function among 4 levels of 0V/1. 1V/165V/1.8V by controlling VID1 & VIDO inputs. The G6201ARZ1U achieves high efficiency at a reduced cost by eliminating the current sense resistor of conventional current-mode PWM.

Efficiency is futher enhanced by an ability to drive very large synchronous rectifier MOSFETs. Single-stage buck conversion allows these devices to directly step down from a high-voltage input to a low-voltage output for the highest possible efficiency.

The G6201 provides UVLO, OVP, UVP. OTP, and current limit protection and is integrated into a TQFN3X3-20 package.
