G2510SRG1U-K-数字接口LCD偏置功率
General Description
The G2510S is multi-functional power solution for
TFT-LCD panels thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal
displays (LCD) panels. And all channel outputs Voltage
and power sequence can be programmed by I2C
interface and integrated Multiple-Time Programmable
(MTP) non-volatile memory.
One current mode asynchronous boost converter is for
AVDD with isolation Switching MOS controller. The
converter power MOS is option selected by I2C register
and MTP.
One channel programmable op-amp is designed to
drive the HAVDD with the capability of high current and
wide bandwidth.
VGH and VGL1 are regulated by current mode boost
controller and current mode buck-boost controller.
G2510S also provides charge pump regulator function
for both VGH & VGL1 voltage. The regulator type is
selected by I2C register and MTP. Additional VGL2
charge pump regulator for GOA circuit is within G2510S.
Thermal compensation function according to VT pin
voltage is provided for VGH voltage selected by I2C
register and MTP.
The G2510S is available in a 40-pin TQFN (5mm x
5mm) package.
