振荡电路不匹配导致晶振不起振的原因及解决方法

影响晶振的三个因素:频率误差 负性阻抗 激励电平

频率误差

频率若误差太大会导致实际频率偏移标称频率,引起晶振不起振的现象,解决方法是替换或选择合适PPM值的产品。

负性阻抗

负性阻抗若过大或太小都会导致晶振不起振。解决方法若负性阻抗过大,可以将晶振的外接电容Cd或Cg的值调大来降低负性阻抗,若负性阻抗过小,可以将晶振外接电容Cd或Cg的值调小增大负性阻抗。通常负性阻抗值不少于晶振的标称最大阻抗3-5倍。

激励电平

激励电平的大小也将会引起晶振不起振。解决方法通过调整电路中的Rd的大小来调节振荡电路对晶振输出的激励电平。通常激励电平越小越好,处理功耗低之外,还跟振荡电路的稳定性和晶振的寿命相关。
