A, needle flame test instrument to meet the standard:

GB/T5169.5-2008、GB4706.1-2005 ，IEC6 0695-2-10、IEC60695-2-13《灼热丝/热线，基本试验方法，灼热丝试验装置和通用试验程序》和UL746A、IEC829 DIN695、VDE0471、或者ASTM-3874-2004等的标准规定

一，针焰燃烧试验仪满足标准：

GB/T5169.5-2008、GB4706.1-2005 ，IEC6 0695-2-10、IEC60695-2-13《灼热丝/热线，基本试验方法，灼热丝试验装置和通用试验程序》和UL746A、IEC829 DIN695、VDE0471、或者ASTM-3874-2004等的标准规定 

 

Two, the combustion performance parameters tester needle flame:

针状燃烧器 ： 内孔?0.5mm±0.1mm，外径≤?0.9mm，长≥35mm

Needle burner: hole? 0.5mm ± 0.1mm, diameter 0.9mm, length 35mm ≥ ≤?

燃烧器角度 ：可垂直(调节和测量火焰高度时)和倾斜45°(试验时)

Burner: vertical angle (regulation and measurement of flame height) and the inclination of 45 degrees (test)

引燃铺垫板 ： 厚10mm的松木板外覆标准绢纸（12g/m2～30g/mm2）

Ignite the lay plate: pine board covered with standard silk paper thickness 10mm (12g/m2 ~ 30g/mm2)

施燃气体 ：95%丁烷气(基准气)，也可使用丙烷气

Application of gas:95% butane gas (reference gas), also can use propane gas

燃气焰温梯度 :从100℃±2℃～700℃±3℃用时23.5s±1.0s（需用温度校准装置验证）

The gas flame temperature gradient: from 100 ± 2 ℃ ~ 700 ℃ ± 3 ℃ for 23.5s ± 1.0s (verification with a temperature calibration device)

火焰高度 :12mm±1mm(可调节)

Flame height: 12mm ± 1mm (adjustable)

试验时间和持燃时间 : 1s～999.9s数显可预置

The test time and the burning time: 1s ~ 999.9s digital display can be preset

温度校准验证装置（选件） :进口仪表自动控制或手动秒表控制，配φ4mm，0.58±0.01g标准铜头

Temperature calibration device (optional): import instrument automatic control or manual stopwatch control, with the diameter of 4mm, 0.58 ± 0.01g standard copper head

温度校准验证用热电偶（选件） :?0.5mm，K型，进口绝缘式耐高温铠装热电偶
