称重传感器更换需要注意的事项——技术分享

１．称重传感器随着额定载荷的增大，其输出的微伏／分度信号是减小的，而不是随着额定载荷的增大，输出信号也增大。这一点往往被忽略。所以在更换传感器时，应尽可能用和原来一样载荷的传感器。若想更换载荷稍大一点的，就要注意电子秤的称重显示仪表量程是否可调：如果是不可调的旧式显示仪表，会因为换成载荷较大的传感器，输出的微伏／分度信号变小，不能满量程输出、显示，拨码调整达不到目的而不能使用；如果是量程可调的称重显示仪表（如托利多８１４０系列），换成载荷较大的传感器后，则可通过设定量程，按说明书调试使用。同时应注意，如果传感器的额定载荷过大，输出的微伏／分度信号过小，容易降低秤的灵敏度。
