一类为温度补偿类NPO电介质
这种电容器电气性能*稳定,基本上不随温度、电压、时间的改变,属*稳定型、低损耗电容材料类型,适用在对稳定性、*性要求较高的高频、特高频、甚高频电路中。
二类为高介电常数类X7R电介质
。由于X7R是一种强电介质,因而能制造出容量比NPO
介质更大的电容器。这种电容器性能较稳定,随温度、电压时间的改变,其*的性能变化并不显著,属稳定电容材料类型,使用在隔直、耦合、傍路、滤波电路及*性要求较高的中高频电路中。
三类为半导体类Y5V电介质
色环电容和轴向电容器具有较高的介电常数,常用于生产比容较大、标称容量较高的大容量电容器产品。但其容量稳定性较X7R差,容量、损耗对温度、电压等测试条件较敏感,主要用在电子整机中的振荡、耦合、滤波及傍路电路中。
色环电容和轴向电容比一般瓷介电容*(10pF~10μF),且电容量大、体积小、*性高、电容量稳定,*,*缘性好,成本低等优点,因而得到广泛的应用。独石电容器不*可替代云母电容器和纸介电容器,还取代了某些钽电容器,广泛应用在小型和*小型电子设备(如液晶手表和微型仪器)中。
独石电容的特点:
温度特性好,频率特性好。一般电容随着频率的上升,电容量呈现下降的规律,独石电容下降比较少,容量比较稳定。
应用范围:
广泛应用于电子精密仪器。各种小型电子设备作谐振、耦合、滤波、旁路。
容量范围:
10pF~10μF
耐压:二倍额定电压。

将电容器引线浸入含25%酒精(或异丙醇)的松香溶液后浸入焊接槽温度为235±5℃的焊锡中2±0.5秒,浸入深度距离电容体2.5~3.0mm。 The lead wire of a capacitor shall be dipped into a 25% methanol solution of rosin and then into molten solder of 235±5℃ for 2±0.5 seconds ,in both cases the depth of dipping is up to about 2.5 to 3.0 mm from the root of lead wires. |
