线路避雷器设计技术

    无间隙线路避雷器的成功应用得益于硅橡胶复合材料,它取代了原有瓷外套,使220kV避雷器的质量从260kg降至50kg以下,从而实现在杆塔上悬挂安装。有串联间隙线路避雷器由避雷器本体和外串联间隙组成。本体与普通的复合外套避雷器相当,外串联间隙(放电间隙)由两个环–环或棒–棒型放电电*组成。

    避雷器本体两端采用金属法兰封口,内部装有非线性ZnO电阻片并用弹簧压紧的环氧玻璃纤维布筒,其外部采用硅橡胶伞裙包封。这样,避雷*大减少了因“漏气”而带来的受潮问题。

    上、下法兰设计了经典的球头、球窝,分别与高压端、接地端连接。以2003年我国天生桥—广州线投入使用的500kV有间隙线路避雷器设计为例,除秉承电站避雷器技术基础外,还*须解决如下8点关键技术问题:

(1)优良性能的硅橡胶复合外套

    采用硅橡胶等**缘材料生产的避雷器复合外套*须具备耐天侯、*紫外线、耐电蚀损等优良性能。与瓷套相比,硅橡胶复合外套在重量、耐污性能上占有很大优势,详见表1。复合外套可选用的材料、品种很多。

    (2)具备耐久性粘接技术

    避雷器在多年使用中要经受引线拉力、线震、风摆、冰雪等的作用。上、下法兰与环氧玻璃纤维布筒的粘接部分是避雷器负载力传递区域,也是密封技术的薄弱环节。笔者认为,采用高温、*度环氧浇合剂和倒锥形结构是目前*成功的设计之一,实践也证明了这一点。

    (3)对接口的包封技术

    包封硅橡胶复合外套上、下法兰与环氧玻璃布筒连接的外露面是避雷器加强密封的良策,也是*电蚀损的又一*措施。目前许多国外同类产品在工艺上亦未能实现这样的包封;但*须*硅橡胶与法兰各种金属材料及热处理后的镀层之间有良好的粘合。此外,可在法兰上增加一个下大上小的槽形结构,以增强硅橡胶不出现脱胶的机械应力。

    (4)*爆技术

    为取得良好的*爆性能可在模压硫化伞裙前将环氧玻璃纤维筒*出长条梯形槽,并用*楔形嵌件堵紧。梯形槽在避雷器故障时起排气作用,楔形嵌件*注塑时硅橡胶不至于进入环氧玻璃纤维布筒内腔。梯形槽的长度、数量、*爆力须经严格计算及试验求得。该型避雷器在中国及俄罗斯都通过了40kA和800A的短路电流试验。

(4) explosion-proof technology

To get a good explosion protection performance can be in moulding vulcanization umbrella skirt epoxy gl* fiber tube before the trapezoidal strip processing groove, and special wedge embedded a blocking tight. Trapezoidal slot in the lightning arrester fault when the exhaust effect, wedge a guarantee when embedded injection silicone rubber not into epoxy gl* fiber cloth cavity in the cylinder. The length of the trapezoidal slot, quantity, explosion-proof force must be approved by strictly calculation and test for.
