一：在小孩睡眠时，盖好被子，在离枕头左或右边约25cm处，用毛公仔上端的丝绳绑索在床头的栏杆或床单上，用毛公仔下端粘贴好**贴的丝绳绑索在棉被头边角上。
二：当小孩翻身或蹬被使被子移动离开脖子约25cm时，毛公仔会发出柔和的声、光提示，同时（可能）使丝绳上的**贴分离，只要轻拉毛公仔下端丝绳——声、光即关闭，将被子盖好并粘贴好**贴即可。
此型号TJ-18A适用小孩与父母睡在同一房间时使用，同时此型号
只能监控棉被的一边的情况；建议同时使用两个，这样可以*监控
