4.2 接触电阻:用1KHZ 小电流电阻针测量。50mΩ以下。

4.3 *缘电阻:在端子之间和端子与壳之间加DC 500V条件下,持续1分钟测量。100MΩ以上。
INSULATION R*ISTANCE:Measurements shall be made following application
Of DC 500 V potential across terminals and across
terminals and frame for one minute. 100MΩ min.
4.4 *电压:在端子之间和端子与壳之间加AC 500V 60HZ条件下,持续1分钟测量。
无击穿现象出现。
WITHSTANDING VOLTAGE:AC 500V 60HZ shall be applied across terminals
and across terminals and frame for one minute.
Not breaking insulation.
5.0*性试验 RELIABILITY T*T
5.1寿命试验 Left test
以涂有薄层润滑脂的插头(涂润滑脂*摩擦过热)以每分钟15~20次,无负载*拔出5000次。
*合规格3.0和4.0规定值。
The life test shall consist of 5000 cycles of insertion and withdrawal with gauge plug
covered with Coat of grease in order to prevent form heating or wearing,at a rate of
15 to 20 cycles per minute under no load. at the conclusion of this tese,the jack shall
comply with paragraph 3.0 and 4.0,and be in operating condition.
5.2湿度试验HUMIDITY T*T
将插座放置于40&plu*n;2℃,相对湿度90﹪~95﹪环境中,96个小时后取出,取去水滴,将插座放置于
常温常湿环境中,于30分钟内测定, *合规格3.0和4.0要求。
The jack shall be subjected to temperature of 40&plu*n;2℃ and relative humidity of 90﹪to95﹪
for a period of 96 hours. Upon completion of the exposure,dewdrops shall be blown out and
removed from the jack,after which the jack shall be conditioned at room ambient conditions
for 30 minutes. at the conclusion of this test,the jacks shall comply with paragraph
3.0 and 4.0.
5.3耐热试验HEAT T*T
将插座放置于70&plu*n;2℃环境下,96个小时后取出,将插座放置于常温常湿环境中,于30分钟内测定,
*合规格3.0和4.0要求。
The jack shall be subjected to temperature of 70&plu*n;2℃ for a period of 96 hours.then shall
be allowed to remain in room ambient conditions for 30 minutes. at the conclusion of this
test,the jacks shall comply with paragraph 3.0 and 4.0.
5.4耐寒试验COLD T*T
将插座放置于-40&plu*n;3℃环境中,96个小时后取出,取去水滴,将插座放置于常温常湿环境中,
于30分钟内测定, *合规格3.0和4.0要求
The jack shall be subjected to temperature of -40&plu*n;3℃ for a period of 96 hours.then shall
be allowed to remain in room ambient conditions for 30 minutes. at the conclusion of this
test,the jacks shall comply with paragraph 3.0 and 4.0.
5.5耐焊接热试验R*ISTANCE TO SOLDERING HEAT T*T
插座耐焊接热试验后, *合规格3.0和4.0要求。
The jack terminal shall be dipped in solder under the condition as specified below,at the conclusion of this test, the jacks shall comply with paragraph 3.0 and 4.0 not show remarkable failure.
5.5.1The terminal for a printed circuit board.
Temperature of solder:230&plu*n;5℃;tip time:5&plu*n;1 seconds.
自动焊:温度230&plu*n;5℃,时间5&plu*n;1秒。
5.5.2The terminal for a lead wire.
Temperature of solder:350&plu*n;10℃,dip time:3&plu*n;0.5 seconds.
人动焊:温度350&plu*n;10℃,时间3&plu*n;0.5秒。
