一、概述General Description
本系列隔爆型阀门电动装置（简称隔爆电装）是ZB系列阀门电动装置的隔爆型。隔爆标志有dⅠ、dⅡBT4。本系列隔爆电装具有ZB系列电装的特点：功能全，性能*，控制系统*，体积小，重量轻，品种规格齐等特点。本产品性能指标**/T8528-1997《普通型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
隔爆性能*合GB3836.1-2000《*性环境用*爆电气设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《*性环境用*爆电气设备隔爆型电气设备“d”》及*/T8529-1997《隔爆型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
该系列隔爆型阀门电动装置用于阀瓣做直线运动的阀门，如截止阀、闸阀、节流阀、隔膜阀、水闸等。可以用于明杆阀，也可以用于暗杆阀，是对阀门实现远控、集控和自动控制的*不可少的驱动装置。

1．电源 Power Supply
电机电压：380V，50Hz（*订货可380V～660V, 50Hz, 60Hz）
控制电压：220V, 50Hz（*订货可220V～240V, 50Hz, 60Hz）
Power voltage: 380V, 50Hz (380V～660V, 50Hz, 60Hz for special order)
Control voltage: 220V, 50Hz (220V～240V, 50Hz, 60Hz for special order)
2．工作环境 Service Environment
2.1含有*性气体或粉尘，本装置有dⅠ（煤矿井下用电气设备）和dⅡBT4（工厂用）两种，dⅡBT4所适用环境为ⅡA、ⅡB级T1~T4组的*性气体混合物。
Within explosive gases or dust, these actuators are provided with Cl* dI (as electric apparatus for colliery mine) and Cl* dIIBT4 (for plant and works). Cl* dIIBT4 is suitable to the atmosphere of explosive gases mixture specified by groups T1~T4 of Cl* IIA and Cl* IIB.
2.2环境温度：-20 ～ +60℃ Ambient temperature: -20~60℃
2.3环境相对湿度：≤90%（+25℃时） Relative humidity:≤90% (at 25℃)
2.4海拔高度：≤1000m Seal level:≤1000m
2.5*护等级：IP55（*订货可达IP67） Protection: IP55 (IP67 for special order)
3.本装置为短时工作制，额定运行时间为10分钟。
These actuators are for short time duty. The rated operating time is 10 minutes.
