三星（Samsung）SDRAM停产了！怎么办？
我公司代理日本瑞萨品牌(原日立)SDRAM，*替代三星对应型号SRAM。三星公司宣布停止生产*Low Power SDRAM，具体公告见三星网站，内容如下：

We had announced the EOL(End-Of-Life) of Low Power SRAM products previously and we are going into a stage of complete EOL.
