2、自激式动力制动调速机械特性说明
一般普通桥式起重机及起重设备的起升机构在满载或50%负载情况下,下降时均无调速,且是*同步转速加速度下降,电动机转子外接电阻接入电阻越大,其转速就越快。此种状况使用在装备车间或浇铸车间使用就易出意外事故,因此操作人员*须采用点动*慢速下降或使其处于再生制动下降(转子外电阻*切除)点动次数多对电动机和电器元件易损坏,而且劳动强度大,所以现在推荐采用*简单的调速系统即自激式动力能耗制动调速,能解决起升机构慢速下降,调速比可*1:7—1:10范围之内。
