产品说明：

一、用途：本品适用于坚实、平整水泥沥青路面。前者使用时先涂上一层底漆，采用热熔划线机施工，可划出各种宽度标线和*号。

二、包装及储运存期：本品采用25kg双层纤维袋包装，本品应通风、干燥、*晒、*火*水。本品*期一年。但对天气季节温度要求很严。冬季的涂料夏季太软、夏季产的冬季太硬。在天气达不到10摄氏度以上不能施工。

三、施工规程：

1.施工路面*须平整干净、结实、干燥，否则会影响耐久或剥落。

2.新水泥路面碱性太大，*好是适用一段时间进行施工，否则会影响附着力。

3.使用底漆时要注意*火，切不可以同其它溶剂混合，水泥路面*须涂上*的底漆，底漆*须*干燥后才划线，否则会剥落及起泡。新沥青路面不用底漆，旧的沥青路面具体视路面而定。

4.施工温度、热熔道路胶施工温度：夏天在170摄氏度-190摄氏度，冬天（10摄氏度以上）在190摄氏度-210摄氏度。

D*CRIPTION OF CHANGXINLAI THERMOPLASTIC ROAD MARKINGS
1.Application:
This product is applied to solid and flat cement asphalt road. When using coat primer,
at first, adopt hot melting road line machine to mark out line and character.
2.Packaging and storage maturity:
Packing with double fiber bag of per 25kg, this product should be ventilated、drying、
sunscreen、 fireproof waterproof. This product is valid for one year，because the
temperature is strict in season, it will be too soft in summer for the coating of winter,
too hard in winter for the coating of summer, so can not work under 100C weather.
3.construction procedures:
1) Road surface must be cleaned, strong, drying, otherwise, it will affect durable or
spalling.
2) New cement road surface alkaline too big, the* is used for sometime, otherwise,
it will affect adhesion.
3) When using primer must pay attention to the fire, can not mix with other solvents,
cement road surface must be *ear enough primer, primer must be completely dry
after crossed, otherwise you'll spalling and bubbly.
4) Construction temperature should be 1700C - 1900C in summer and 1900C-2100C in
winter(above 100C ).
