CBB22型无感式高频吸收电容器
一、特点与用途
1、采用聚丙烯薄膜作介质,加厚型双面金属化电*,芯子外裹黄色聚脂胶带,两端灌封环氧树酯。
2、具有固有电感小,等效串联电阻低、损耗小、*缘电阻高、频率特性好和能承受高电压、大电流脉冲等特性。主要用于高电压、大电流和脉冲电路中。如开关电源、变频器、逆变器、IGBT可控硅等保护电路中作吸收电容。
二、主要参数:
1、工作温度范围:-40℃~+85℃
2、容量允许偏差:&plu*n;5%(J)、&plu*n;10%(K)
3、试验电压:引线间 1.5VRDC 10S
引线与外壳间 3KVDC 60S
4、固有电感:≤1nH/mm(包括电容器长度和引线长度)
5、损耗角正切值:CR≤1.5μF tgδ≤5×10-4 (1KHZ测量)
CR>1.5μF tgδ≤8×10-4 (1KHZ测量)
6、*缘电阻: CR≤0.33 ≥2×104MΩ
CR>0.33 ≥30000MΩ、μF(100VDC、60S测量)
7、*大电压脉冲上升率dv/dT和*大峰值电流IPK参照表中。
