智能蓄电池充电机集充电、在线监测于一体,是对蓄电池组进行充电和容量检测,深度放电后对电池补充充电及对电池组日常维护,新电池组工程验收的*备仪器。采用智能三阶段充电模式,充电速度快,充电还原效率高,可以实现均充/浮充、恒流/恒压自动转换功能。可设定并显示电压、电流、时间、容量等参数,自动完成蓄电池组各种参数的测试、监控、显示、记录。充电完毕,检测的数据可现场转存至U盘或通过RS232接口直接上传至PC机;配套的数据处理软件对充电数据信息进行处理,并生成各种图表,为分析电池性能提供科学的依据。
Integrating charge and on-line monitor in one, Intelligent battery charger is the essential instrument that can charge, test capacity to battery, boost charge and daily maintain to battery after deeply discharging and accept to new battery pack。It is adopted intelligent three-phase charge model, and can achieve the function of charging quickly, high charge reproduction efficiency and automatic conversion of constant-current to constant voltage. Parameters of voltage, current, time and capacity can be set and displayed. The machine can automatically achieve testing, monitoring, displaying and recording to the parameter of storage battery pack. After charging, test data can be transferred to U disk or upload to PC with RS232 interface. Data process software kit can process charge data information and form all kinds of charts, which provide scientific basis for *yzing battery capability.

l Applied battery range is wide: charge current can be set between 10% to rating, can't be influenced by the change of input current and voltage, keep constant in the process of constant charge and no need hand adjustment.
主要功能

l 智能三阶段充电模式:充电初期采用恒流技术,使充电电流恒定,避免损坏电池,加速电池的老化;充电电压*上限电压时自动转换为恒压限流充电,*的*了蓄电池的容量转换效率;涓流浮充使各单体电池均衡受电,*电池容量得以*大限度恢复,*单体电压不均衡现象,避免了市电电压的变化和蓄电池充电的末期造成的蓄电池过压充电的危险,大大延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。
l 掉电记忆功能:掉电后*测试数据不丢失,重新加电后无须设定参数和状态,可继续充电。
l 自动停机功能:可设定电池组保护电压、充电容量、充电时长等参数,在下列条件任意一条满足时自动停止充电:电压到、容量到、时间到。
l 完善的保护和报警功能:可通过设定整组电池的保护电压、充电容量、充电时长等参数而实现自动保护及报警功能。
l 电压、电流显示值的校准修正功能。
数据转贮和处理功能:充电结束后,采集的数据可经U盘转存或经RS232接口直接上传计算机,经配套的数据处
理软件后台处理后,可自动生成各种图表,为判别整组电池的优劣提供了科学的依据。
Main functions
l High intelligence level: Test data can be displayed with big LCD, set with keyboard, referred with Chinese (English) menu. It’s controlled by SCM. It’s of friendly interface and operation simple. It can test battery voltage of whole set On-line real time, set voltage, current, time and capacity and achieve charging automatic to battery set.
l Intelligent three-phase charge mode: We adopt constant current technology at the beginning of charge, which can made current invariable and avoid battery broken or accelerating battery aging. It can convert to constant- voltage and current-limiting charge when charge voltage achieves upper limit voltage, which can improve effectively the capacity conversion efficiency of battery. Trickle and floating charge make each single cell battery constant receive electricity and ensure battery capacity can be recall most, which solved the unbalanced phenomenon of single cell battery and avoid the danger of voltage change and the end of battery charge, extend battery life.
l Power failure memory function: After power failure, all test data can’t lost. It needn’t set parameter and estate and can charge continuous after repower-on.
l Automatic s* function: Protection voltage, charge capacity and charge time of battery can be set. It can s* charging/discharging when meet following conditions: time out, capacity arrival , protection voltage arrival
l Perfect protection and alarm function: It can achieve automatic protection and alarm function with setting protection voltage, charge capacity and charge time of whole battery.
l The function of voltage and current value correction.
l Data store and process function: After charging, collected data can be transferred to U disk or upload to PC with RS232 interface, form all kinds of chart automatic after processing with data process software kit. It can provide scientific basis for adjusting whole battery capability.
数据处理软件
配套的数据处理软件可对充电数据资料进行处理,可查看实时曲线、实时监控数据,显示、预览、打印电压和电流变化曲线、检测数据报表等,给检测人员提供判断电池组优劣的依据。

Data processing software kit can process charge data. We can see examine real time curve and monitor data. Change curve of voltage and current and test data chart cab be displayed, previewed, printed. It can provide the battery basis that can adjust battery performance for tester.
