该仪器是用于测量电池内部阻*及电压，它是对被测对象施加1KHz交流信号，通过测量其交流压降而获得其内阻（它不同于多用表测量电阻的原理，它所测量的值上毫欧级，而多用表测量的是欧姆级，且多用表只能测量无电源对象的阻值，而内阻仪不*可测无源对象的阻值，也可测有源对象的阻值），它通过测定内阻来判断电池的优劣。不*测试速度快且*性高。它的*大优点是能够设定测试参数的范围，实测结果不在设置范围之内，微电脑系统可以自动报警。*人为误判误读的错误，*产品质量。这也是与普通内阻仪的区别所在。

五、测量范围及精度：

JX-008 Automatic battery inner resistance testing machine ,which is shortenedly termed as machine

 hereafter, is applied to measure the inner resistance of battery and the damage degree of acidification membrane done to the battery. By imposing 1KHz AC signal on the object tested, the inner resistance can be worked out through measuring its  AC voltage drop. (It is different from the principle of measuring resistance with multi-purpose electric meter. It is utilized to measure milliohm-cl* resistance and can be applied for object with or without power supply, multi-purpose electric meter is used to measure ohm-cl* resistance and only applied for object with no power supply; so the two cannot be thought as equal.) The quality of battery is measured by magnitude of the resistance value. Generally speaking, the *aller the resistance value is, the better quality the battery has. Therefore, it is quick and reliable to test the quality of battery by measuring the inner resistance.

1. Cadmium nickel battery, metallic hydride nickel battery and lithium battery for mobile phone;  

2. Lead acid storage battery and maintenance-free storage battery;

III. Guide line for work safety 

In order to prevent the battery and machine from being damaged, the rules hereafter should be followed. 

1.Check before using to ensure that there is no breakage on the surface of the machine and no shortage of fittings. Pay attention to the insulativity of elements near the connector. 

2.Check the testing needle,chang it if the testing needle is broken off or damaged somewhere. 

3.The testing needle in the same board cannot be connected in case of short circuit.  

4.The machine is prohibited to be used near volatile gas,steam,dust and acid environment.  

5.The inner resistance and voltage shoud be within the measuring scope of the machine, or the reading will be inaccurate, even the machine might be ruined when the voltage is obove 40.00V .  

6.Ensure the normal working of the machine by measuring the known resistance. Chech out the machine according to the methods defined by this specifications if it is out of order.(Chapter 10, troubleshooting). Please sent it back to factory for repair if the problem is not solved.  

7.If the fuse is ruined, cut off the power source and replace it with the fuse of the same size.  

8.Cut off the power source before inserting terminal stub into the machine port.  

9.Machine is prohibited to be used for measuring high voltage power source(e.g, power source with 220V or a higher voltage.),or you should be responsible for the concequance caused.
