From Ni-MH/Ni-Cd battery pack to Lithium-ion battery pack application, Polytronics offers full product portfolio of axial-leaded self-resettable over-current EVERFUSE® PPTC devices. From the first STD device launched in 1998, LTD, LRD, VTD and VLD were quickly introduced in succession, with the ultra-low resistance SLD series development in 2006. Polytronics also develop DISC series for high-capacity cylindrical lithium-ion batteries.

Currently all the ALD and DISC series are RoHS compliant and meet European Union standards.
