 The SDA17F is a constant frequency, 6-pinSOT23 current mode step-up converter intended forsmall, low power applications. The SDA17Fswitches at 1.2MHz and allows the use of tiny, lowcost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height.Internal soft-start results in small inrush current andextends battery life






The SDA17F features automatic shifting to pulsefrequency modulation mode at light loads. TheSDA17F includes under-voltage lockout, currentlimiting, and thermal overload protection to preventdamage in the event of an output overload. TheSDA17F is available in a small 6-pin SOT-23package
