碗型瓦

该产品适用于圆锥破碎机，具体涉及一种弹簧圆锥破碎机碗型瓦。弹簧圆锥破碎机碗型瓦，包括躯体部、所述躯体部的下方设有碗型架、所述碗型架和躯体部之间设有碗型瓦，躯体部与碗型瓦的接触面为球面，所述躯体部在球面外侧还设有两道球形环，所述躯体部和碗型架之间还设有密封环，所述密封环上表面与两道球形环接触，所述密封环下部设有弹簧。本实用新型采用躯体部与碗型瓦的接触面为球面的方式，使得本实用新型在使用时粉尘不会进入内部，密封环上部与躯体两道环之间接触面与躯体球形面在同一圆心上，旋转和摆动时不会造成磨损，加入一定量干油润滑脂后阻止粉尘进入，使碗型瓦与躯体接触面保持干净。
