SNAP LCM4 and LCSX industrial controllers work with SNAP I/O systems to provide powerful distributed control. The SNAP-LCM4 controls and communicates to I/O systems, serial devices, motion controllers and networks. Four expansion slots for Opto 22 M4-Series interface cards support Ethernet, ARCNET and serial networking. Built-in serial ports provide an interface with Opto 22 I/O, radio modems, cellular modems and satellite communications equipment, as well as any third-party serial device. For serial networks, SNAP-LCSX controllers are the cost-effective answer to applications requiring *all, powerful, real-time industrial control. The SNAP-LCSX has two COM ports and the SNAP-LCSX-PLUS has four. SNAP-LCM4 and SNAP-LCSX controllers are programmed using Opto 22 FactoryFloor, a legacy suite of industrial control software applications.
