SiT8008系列产品是美国SiTime公司推出的，低功耗型单端LVCMOS/LVTTL输出的半导体型全硅MEMS振荡器（OSC有源晶振），低功耗可达到3.8mA,采用全半导体工艺制程，标准黑色QFN,无需改动PCB板，管脚兼容，替代传统石英，可编程，低功耗、小尺寸振荡器，1–110MHz之间任意频点，1.8-3.3V可选，SIT8008/9以小尺寸，稳定性好、交货周期短，在消费电子、网络、工业、通信、安防、电力等场合。
