Description

The CT451 series consists of a high power transistor

optically coupled to a gallium arsenide

Infrared-emitting diode in a 4-lead Mini-Flat package.

Applications

 One time soldering is recommended within the condition of temperature.

 Temperature: 260+0/-5˚C.
