General Description

The G2595EKL1U-K is a 14-CH high voltage level shifter for TV and monitor LCD applications. It converts logic level signals from Timing Controller (T-CON) to high level signals used by the LCD panel. It provides 14 outputs (CLK1~8, GSPOUT, LC1, LC2, ENR_O, ENL_O, and VSS). The outputs are switching from VGL1/2 to VGH1, and VGL1 to VGH2, with capacitive loads up to 4.7nF.

The G2595E generates reset function. Once VDET1 reaches reset level, output channels will be pulled to VGH1 and VGH2. In addition, the G2595E also generates OCP function. Once OCP reaches fault conditions, output channels will be Hi-Z.

The G2595E features extensive protection functions that include OCP, OTP. It is available in a 4mmx5mm, 28-lead TQFN package.
