General Description 
The G5409 is a load switch with a built-in 10mΩMOSFET. It is designed to provide up to 7A current limit protection covering 0.5V to 5.5V input voltage range. With tiny package, G5409 provides very high efficiency and space-saving solution for solid state driver (SSD), notebook, and other portable devices With the soft start function, the G5409 can avoid inrush current during circuit start up. The G5409 also provides other features, like power good, output discharge function, and thermal shutdown. 
The maximum load at the output (source) is current limited. The current limit is programmed by an external resistor from ILIM pin to ground . 
G5409 is available in a small AQFN2X2-12 package.
