The SHT2x series defines currently the industry standard and has already been used by millions. The SHT2x series contains a low cost version with the SHT20, a standard version with the SHT21 and a high end vesion with the SHT25. The complete overmolding - with the exception of the humidity sensor area - protects the capacitive humidity sensor against external impact and facilitates excellent long-term stability. These sensors are suitable for large volumes as well as for low volumes.

SHT20 - low cost version, +/-3% RH accuracy

SHT21 - standard version, +/-2% RH accuracy

SHT25 - high end version, +/-1.8% RH accuracy
