HOLTEK新推出1.8V至5.5V工作电压 串行式EEPROM Memory系列产品Holtek推出新串行式EEPROM系列提供I2C及3-Wire接口，产品型号为HT24LC02/A、HT24LC04、HT24LC08、HT24LC16、HT24LC32、HT24LC64、HT2201及HT93LC46，其主要功能提升为1.8V至5.5V工作电压，及1MHz工作频率。全系列产品可承受100万次的写入作业，并可储存数据长达40年。

HT24LC(02 ~ 64)系列为两线式串行接口，分别为2K～64K位内存容量，工作电压范围为1.8V至5.5V，内存架构为Nx8位，其工作和待机电流分别为5mA和2uA，工作频率为1MHz。HT24LC02~64可支持字节及整页写入功能，具备随机读取和连续读取功能，并有全部内存写保护引脚，用于保护内存内容。

HT2201为两线式串行接口，1K位内存容量，工作电压范围为1.8V至5.5V，内存架构为128x8位，其工作和待机电流分别为5mA和2uA，工作频率为1MHz。支持字节写入功能，并具备随机读取和连续读取功能。

HT93LC46为三线式串行接口，总共有1K位内存容量，工作电压范围为1.8V至5.5V，可组成64x16位及128x8位的记忆架构，此产品可透过指令识别进行写入保护。其工作和待机电流分别为5mA和2uA。

此系列新产品HT24LC0/04/08/16/32/64、HT93LC46提供8SOP、8DIP及8TSSOP封装，HT2201 & HT24LC0A提供SOT23-5封装，产品应用领域如高分辨率电视(HDTV)、数字电视、机顶盒(STB)、NB、主板、平板计算机、无线鼠标、无线网络卡、ADSL、网通产品及各类消费性产品。

The HT24LC02 is a 2K-bit serial read/write nonvolatile memory device using the CMOS floating gate process. Its 2048 bits of memory are organized into 256 words and each word is 8 bits. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential. Up to eight HT24LC02 devices may be connected to the same 2-wire bus. The HT24LC02 is guaranteed for 1M erase/write cycles and 40-year data retention.
