DHMY系列厚膜电路是本公司专门为各种汽车、摩托车电喷型发动机节气门位置传感器设计的厚膜电路板。该系列产品耐燃油、润滑油及盐化雾等工业环境的腐蚀能力强，输出线性特性曲线好、*磨*，使用寿命长，可用于德国BOSCH系统和美国DELPHI系统的节气门位置传感器。

DHMY series thick film blocks are throttle position sensorthat we speciallydesigned for electronic controlled-motor, our products manufactured by silk screen printing, laser-resistance -control process, So they are fuel-resistant, lubricating oil-resistant, it also have high resistance to corrosion against salt fog in industry environment, their output character is *, with good abrasivity and long life characters, these modules can be used as damper controller sensor of BOSCH system of German or DELPHI system of American.

1、 工作温度范围：–40℃～ 125℃

Operation Temp. Range：-40℃～125℃

2、 基片材料：96％AL2O3陶瓷基片或聚酰亚胺薄膜

Substrate material：96％AL2O3ceramic substrate（DHMY003、DHMY004）,Polyimide Film（DHMY002）

3、 导体材料：Ag/Pd，导体附着力强

Conductive material: Ag/Pd, with strong adhesion.

4、 电阻体材料：*导电材料，*性能好

Resistance material: high level conductive material, good abrasivity.

5、 *指针：100万次（银镉触点或不锈钢触点、接触压力为0.25&plu*n;0.1N）

Abrasivity life: 2000,000 times ( Ag/Pd touch tip or stainless steel touch tip, apply force is 0.25&plu*n;0.1N)
