PS7516内置NMOS 80mΩ / PMOS120mΩ
用MOS来代替二极管整流，MOS管功耗更低，升压效率比用最好的二极管整流，效率相差有绝对的5%以上。
而用二极管做整流的做的最好的效率也只为90%。
PS7516工作电压2.5V-5.5V，适用于锂电池3.7V-4.2V升压5V1A应用；
                                        更高效的移动电源方案。

The  device  is  based  on  a  current-mode  control
topology  and  uses  a  constant  frequency
pulse-width  modulator  to  regulate  the  output
voltage.    The  controller limits  the  current  through
the power switch on a pulse by pulse basis.    The
current  sensing  circuit  is  integrated  in the  device;
therefore,  no  additional  components  are  required.
Due to the nature of the boost converter topology
used here,  the peak switch current is the same as
the peak inductor current, which will be limited by
the integrated current limiting circuits under normal
operating conditions.
