Introduction
The Capacitive Touchpad Application specification provides details on touchpad
application solutions based on CTP005 microcontroller device. The system
application supports up to maximum 8 touch buttons which can be applied to One-Line
type touch sensors. For function applications, the system provides I2C Slave and
Master interface communications with host. You can apply the system protocol to
obtain legitimate touch button data from I2C interface as well as attain complete
control of the related peripheral components.
The application supports capacitive touchpad with plastic or glass substrate. It can
auto-calibrate the parameters for a wide range of capacitance on the touchpad sensor
