EPC2018 150 V eGaN® FET- EPC’s EPC2018 gallium nitride power transistor delivers high-frequency switching for exceptional performance in DC-DC power conversion and class D audio applications.

EPC2016 100 V eGaN® FET- The exceptionally high electron mobility and low temperature coefficient of EPC’s eGaN FETs allows very low RDS(ON), while its lateral device structure and majority carrier diode provide exceptionally low QG and zero QRR.

EPC9107 Demonstration Board- EPC's EPC9107 demonstration board is a 3.3 V output, 1 MHz buck converter with a 15 A maximum output current and 9 V to 28 V input voltage range. The complete power stage, including the EPC2015 eGaN FETs, driver, inductor, and input/output capacitors, is in an ultra-compact ½” x ½” layout.

EPC9010 Development Board- The EPC EPC9010 development board is a 100 V maximum device input, 7 A maximum output current, half-bridge with onboard gate drives. The devices features an EPC2016, enhancement-mode gallium nitride (eGaN) power transistor. The purpose of this development board is to simplify the evaluation process of EPC’s eGaN FETs by including all the critical components on a single board that can connected to any existing converter.
