The GLS85VM1016B / VM1032B / VM1064B eMMC NANDrive™ devices (referred to as “eMMC NANDrive” in this datasheet) are fully integrated solid state drives. They combine an advanced Greenliant NAND controller and 16, 32 or 64 GByte of NAND flash memory in a multi-chip package. These products are ideal for solid state mass storage in embedded and portable applications that require small formfactor, energy efficient and reliable data storage.
