4、Reliability Characteristics
⑴.Heat resistance test
Aging 1000±24 hours at 110±5℃ in baking box. Performance(R25, B25/85)change rate less than ±1% after aging.
⑵.Cold resistance test
Aging 1000±24 hours at -30℃±5℃in oil tank. Performance(R25,B B25/85)change rate less than ±1% after aging.
⑶.Temperature Cycling
–30℃×5min in oil tank → 90℃×5min in oil tank. Performance(R25,B B25/85)change rate less than ±1% after 1000 times cycling.
⑷.High temperature aging test under 5V DC
Aging 1000±24 hours at 110±5℃ under 5V DC in still air, Performance(R25, B25/85)change rate less than ±1% after aging.
