Description

S1108SX combines a dedicated current mode PWM

mode controller with a 4A/630V MOSFEET.

S1108SX has high efficiency, low standby power

consumption, low EMC and low cost. It is applied to

the off-line flyback converter in the range of 18W

output power.

S1108SX offers comprehensive protection functions,

including Cycle-by-Cycle current limitation (OCP),

over temperature protection (OTP), Over voltage

clamp (OVP)and under voltage lockout (UVLO) on

VCC.

S1108SX is offered in SOP8 package.
