The new TEP series are a range of ultra-compact high power DC/DC converter modules with 75 up to 240W output power. Particulary suitable for industrial applications the modules can also be chassis mounted with screw terminal connection. Aluminium baseplate and attachable heat sinks allow operation with convection cooling. They feature wide 2:1 or 4:1 input voltage range.

The TEP-75WI Series is a family of isolated high performance dc-dc converter modules with ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage ranges which come in a rugged, sealed metal case.
These converters are suitable for a wide range of applications, but the product is designed particularly also for industrial applications where often no PCB mounting is possible but the module has to be mounted on a chassis. Four threaded M3 inserts in the module makes chassis mount or attachment of a heatsink for optimal thermal management very simple.
For easy connection there is also an unique adaptor available with screw terminals. A very high efficiency allows an operating temperature up to +60°C with natural convection cooling without power derating. Further features include output voltage trimming, Remote ON/OFF and under voltage lockout. The very wide input voltage range and reverse input voltage protection make these converters also an interesting solution for battery operated systems.

A very high efficiency allows full power operation without forced air cooling at 25°C
This temperature can be increased to 40°C with optional mounted heatsink or up to 60°C when mounted on an iron base plate. The very wide input voltage range and reverse input voltage protection make these converters interesting solution for battery operated systems. Typical applications are in telecom/datacom, industry control and railway systems for on board power distribution.

They come in chassis mount version with screw terminal block and with integrated EMI input filter to meet EN 55022 class A. A very high efficiency allows full power operation at 25°C with only 100 LFM air flow couling and operation at 60°C with only 40% power derating.
The very wide input voltage range and reverse input voltage protection make these converters interesting solution for battery operated systems. Typical applications are in telecom/datacom, industry control and railway systems for on board power distribution.
