“Intermediate/Inner” and “Outer” Label Standardization for ICs (Integrated Circuits)
Dear Customer,
This is an Informational Only PCN announcement for the standardization of
“Intermediate/ Inner” and “Outer” labels.
Note: The change does not affect already established non-standard labels or boards.
The described change will not commence any earlier than 90 days from this
announcement and will roll out via a phased-in approach over the 2019 calendar year
until existing inventoried material has been consumed.
The described standardization does not apply retrospectively or to existing packaged
material.
