EL440A光耦继电器

EL440A是亿光的光耦继电器产品，输出耐压为400V，导通额定电流为120MA，和松下AQY214,AQY210,东芝的TLP240A，可以直接替换。另外可以替代小电流的固态继电器，体积小，占用空间小的，由于是电子触发，无触电，工作寿命长等特点。EL440A贴片封装完整型号为EL440AS1(TU)-G,和普通EL817贴片光耦是同一种封装。

The EL406A, EL425A, EL440A and EL460A are solid state relays containing an AlGaAs infrared LEDs on the light
emitting side (input side) optically coupled to a high voltage output detector circuit. The detector consists of a
photovoltaic diode array and MOSFETs on the output side. The single channel configuration is equivalent to 1 form A
EMR. They are packaged in 4 pin DIP and available in surface mount SMD option.
