  Toshiba TLP2768A High-Speed IC PhotocouplerToshiba TLP2768A High-Speed IC Photocoupler features high-speed and high-temperature operation. The TLP2768A is housed in a 45% thinner 2.3mm thick SO6L package compared to the existing SDIP6 package. This allows sets to be slimmed down while maintaining high insulation performance.

The TLP2768A has a creepage distance of 8mm and an isolation voltage of 5kVrms. The photocoupler has a high-reliability infrared LED in the input side and an open-collector output type high-speed photo IC in the output side. The TLP2768A is capable of high-speed data transmission at 20Mbps and supports 3.3V and 5V power supplies.
