This Vita57.4 compliant FMC+ module is supported by two Micron 2GB Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC) devices supporting  density of 4GB.  The module works only with FPGA carriers board supporting Vita57.4 ports (i.e.HTG9200,  HTG-9100  , HTG-830 , HTG-828 , HTG-930, and HTG-847).

The module's Z-Ray interposer interface  (available with the 4GB model) allows communication to optical equipment through HiTech Global's Z-Ray based daughter cards.
