TD1507概述
TD1507是一系列易于使用的固定和可调步降（降压）开关模式稳压器。
TD1507提供固定输出电压为5V和ADJ可调输出两个版本。两版本能够驱
动3A的负载出色的线路和负载调节。
要求最少的外部元件数量，这些稳压器使用简单，包括内部频率补偿，
和一个固定频率振荡器。指定的输入电压和输出负载条件下，输出电压
是±3％的容差保证。该振荡器的频率是保证±15％。外部
关闭包括在内，具有典型值80μA待机电流。自我保护功能包括两个阶
段的频率减少电流限制的输出用开关，并过温关断故障条件下完整的保护。

The TD1507 is a series of easy to use fixed and

adjustable step-down (buck) switch-mode voltage

regulators. These devices are available in fixed output

voltage of 5V, and an adjustable output version. Both

versions are capable of driving a 3A load with excellent

line and load regulation.

Requiring a minimum number of external components,

these regulators are simple to use and include internal

frequency compensation, and a fixed-frequency

oscillator.

The output voltage is guaranteed to ±3% tolerance under

specified input voltage and output load conditions. The

oscillator frequency is guaranteed to ±15%. External

shutdown is included, featuring typically 80 μA standby

current. Self protection features include a two stage

frequency reducing current limit for the output switch and

an over temperature shutdown for complete protection

under fault conditions.

The TD1507 is available in TO252-5L packages.
