      GH9911是一款含镉但是镉含量不超标的一款特殊封装的光敏，光反应用于光线控制，智能家居，智能灯具等产品，体积小，灵敏度高，引脚采用镀锡铜线，感光采用自主开发的方形基片。外有绝缘壳保护。这款新品的10LUX光线下的亮阻范围是8-20K欧姆，暗阻大于1M欧。耐压60V，功耗只有50mw。
