1）线速度  过快的速度，会产生过多的热量，会使锯齿变钝或打掉锯齿。

2）进给速度 过快的进给速度，会造成打齿或锯带断裂；进给速度太慢，压力不足，会使材料*，使磨损加快。

3）张紧力 过大的张紧力会造成锯带断裂；张紧力不足，会损坏锯带或导致切斜，稍稍*过规定的张紧力来张紧锯带比低于规定张紧力要好一些。

4）锯床的使用环境 不正确的使用或锯带轮没校正，会破坏锯带或缩短锯带的使用寿命。
