光纤准直器由单模尾纤和准直透镜（Grin Lens或C-Lens）组成，可将光纤端面出射的发射光束变成平行光束，或者将平行光束汇聚并*率耦合入光纤，是制作多种光学器件的基础器件。光纤准直器又可以分为普通光纤准直器和保偏光纤准直器。
