A, horizontal and vertical burning tester to meet the standard, the product summary:

此设备符合国家标准GB/T2408-2008/IEC60695-11-1;1999。测量橡胶塑料、非金属材料的式样处于50W火焰条件下，水平燃烧和垂直燃烧的性能。

This device complies with the national standard GB/T2408-2008/IEC60695-11-1; 1999. Measurement of rubber plastics, non metal material pattern in 50W flame conditions, properties of horizontal and vertical combustion.

试验原理：将长方形条状试样的一端固定在水平或垂直夹具上，另一端 暴露于规定的试验火焰中，通过测量线性燃烧速率，评论试样的水平燃烧行为：通过测量其余焰和余辉时间、燃烧的范围和燃烧颗粒滴落情况，评论试样的垂直燃烧行为。

Test principle: the end of the rectangular bar specimens fixed in horizontal or vertical fixture, the other end is exposed to the test flame shall, by measuring the linear burning rate, combustion behavior review sample level: by measuring the residual flame and afterglow time, burning and burning particles dropping, vertical burning behavior review sample.

一，水平垂直燃烧试验仪 满足标准,产品概述： 

        此设备符合国家标准GB/T2408-2008/IEC60695-11-1;1999。测量橡胶塑料、非金属材料的式样处于50W火焰条件下，水平燃烧和垂直燃烧的性能。 

 试验原理：将长方形条状试样的一端固定在水平或垂直夹具上，另一端 暴露于规定的试验火焰中，通过测量线性燃烧速率，评论试样的水平燃烧行为：通过测量其余焰和余辉时间、燃烧的范围和燃烧颗粒滴落情况，评论试样的垂直燃烧行为。 

Two, the performance parameters of horizontal and vertical burning tester:

1、 灯具：本生灯灯管直径 9.5mm± 0.5mm从空气主进气口或入口处向上长度约 100mm。

1, the lamp: Bunsen burner tube diameter 9.5mm ± 0.5mm from the main air intake or the entrance to a length of about 100mm.

2、 本生灯具管口形状：圆形灯口和不锈钢鱼尾状灯口 ( 可更换 )。

2, the lamp tube shape: round lights mouth and stainless steel fishtail socket (replaceable).

3、 灯具试验倾角：0°、 20° 、 45° 可快速定位，最大行程约 150mm。

4、 施燃气体：98% 甲烷气 ( 基准气 ) ，也可使用 37MJ/m 3 ±1MJ/m 3 天然气。

5、 施燃和移开时间：1s ～ 999.9s( 数显可预置 )。
