应用原理
MZ31PTC热敏电阻器用于各种荧光灯镇流器、电子节能灯中,不必改动线路,将PTCR直接跨接在灯管的谐振电容器两端,可以变电子镇流器、节能灯的硬起动为预热启动,可延长灯管寿命。工作电路原理如图示:接通开关时,R处于常温状态,其电阻值远低于C2阻值,电流通过C1,R形成回路使灯丝预热,经过0.4-2秒后,R自热温度超过居里温度达到高阻状态,其阻值远远大于C2电阻值,电流通过C1,C2形成回路导致 LC谐振,产生高压点亮灯管。
选用指南
预热时间不能小于0.4秒;电阻率高的PTC热敏电阻器在可靠性方面可得到巨大的提升,在满足启动特性的前提下应优先选用;延时时间可通过调整居里温度和体积、阻值等途径来实现;节能灯工作时灯内温度较高, PTC热敏电阻器的居里温度不能太低等。
