产品描述:

 ISO系列光电隔离放大器,是一种将直流信号隔离放大、转换变送成按比例输出模拟量的混合集成电路。该IC在同一芯片上集成了一个多隔离的DC/DC变换电源和一组光电耦合的模拟信号隔离变送电路,输入与输出侧宽爬电距离及内部隔离措施使该芯片可实现信号输入/输出/辅助电源提供3KVDC三隔离的绝缘电压。产品采用了线性光电耦合的低成本方案,主要用于对EMC(电磁干扰)有特殊要求的场合。采用了直流信号模拟光电耦合传输技术,而不是ISOEM系列模拟量磁电隔离变送器产品所采用的信号调制解调载波技术,所以光电隔离型比磁电隔离型具有较强的抗EMC电磁干扰和高频信号空间干扰特性。产品的零点和增益、满度可通过外接多圈电位器进行调节校准,方便工业现场根据仪器设备的工作运行状态进行调节和校正。产品广泛应用在电力运行安全监控、PLC、DCS、FCS、变频器、远程监控、仪器仪表、医疗设备、工业电力自动化等需要电量隔离采集测控的行业。对被测对象和数据采集系统予以隔离,从而提高共模抑制比,同时保护电子仪器设备和人身安全。

 ISO产品是全隔离型,辅助电源也隔离,必须独立供电。产品输入信号不能和辅助电源共用,输入信号,辅助电源,输出信号,三者地线允许任意两者共地。产品使用方便,无需外部元件即可实现信号电流源长线传输。


功能优点:

   信号单向传输,输入端与输出端完全实现了电气隔离,输出信号对输入端无影响,抗干扰能力强,工作稳定,无触点,使用寿命长,传输效率高。电路上把干扰源和易受干扰的部分隔离开来,使测控装置与现场仅保持信号联系,而不直接发生电的联系。隔离的实质是把引进的干扰通道切断,从而达到隔离现场干扰的目的。测控装置与现场信号之间、弱电和强电之间,常用的隔离方式有光电隔离、继电器隔离、变压器隔离、隔离放大器等。在单片开关电源中,利用线性光耦合器可构成光耦反馈电路,通过调节控制端电流来改变占空比,达到精密稳压目的。是将光信号转换成电信号传输出去,但是它更重要的功能是起到保护的作用,例如你的某个设备上的接口本身没有光电保护,那么它就需要一个光电隔离器,一旦出现浪涌,就直接烧坏这个隔离器,而不会伤害到设备。广泛用于电气绝缘、驱动电路、开关电路、信号隔离、级间隔离 、数字仪表、远距离信号传输、仪器仪表、通信设备及微机接口中。

ISO光电隔离器与ISOEM电磁隔离区别:

光耦方式一般只能隔离传输小信号,对功率隔离转换不适用,而且对温度影响比较大。

电磁隔离基本上能解决这两个问题,但是在强的磁场环境下很容易松干扰,而光耦没有这个缺点。
