Cal Sensors has developed and is a volume producer of photoconductive lead sulfide (PbS) and lead selenide (PbSe) infrared detectors / Infrared Sensors which cover the 1 µm to 5.5 µm spectral region.

Our SCD-13 and SCD-15 IR detectors are manufactured via well established and superbly controlled processes, and because of their proven performance, have become the infrared detectors of choice by most system manufacturers worldwide.

This industry standard, low profile package includes high aspect ratio pixels on 50 micron centers. The internal electronics provide variable integration and dark current correction.
